Customer satisfaction survey results

The purposes of our customer satisfaction survey were:

  • to find out what our Clients think about our company,
  • what recommendations they have relating to our services,
  • to what extent they are familiar and satisfied with our portfolio.

108 of our Partners completed our survey, and the results reflect the recognition of our company.

In conclusion:

  • Compared to the previous years, the ratio of respondents giving a 5 score has significantly increased.
  • The value for money of our services is also improving, which, according to the received answers, is the most important expectation of our Partners.
