Implementation of building automation for Bridgestone’s changing room and new warehouse, Környe

Name of project:

We had the following technical tasks:

nstallation of an air handling system, DHW, radiator heating and automation for a new two-story 700m2 changing room and integration with the existing EFR using the SCADA system. The system had 422 data points, including the backups. The customer required that we use Allen-Bradley products, that we ensure connection to the optical network and that we keep 30% of data points as backup.

Implementation:

Two Rittal distribution boards (one in the engine room for controlling the heating and the compact air handling unit of the office and for connection to the optics and the other one on the roof for controlling the air handling unit of the changing rooms):

1769 Allen-Bradley controller, 1794 I/O product line and 753 frequency converter (the subcontractor for programming was Gammadigital)
Siemens transformers
Schneider protection
Phoenix and Finder relays
S+S peripherals and Baks cable supporting system.
