Implementation:
We carried out the following tasks, according to the customer's requirements:
- The central heating and cooling system of the building was designed with weather-sensitive control.
- The control of the ventilation equipment in the two dance halls follows the needs of the rooms.
- The theater hall and its lobby have their own air handling system installed, while ventilation in the rooms is individually controlled.
- These systems are made with SIEMENS building monitoring , set up and controlled by computer according to the needs of the operators and the local events.
We were also commissioned to implement a heat and smoke extraction system (RWA) in the building, in compliance with the safety provisions. Our system is designed in a way as to ensure that, in the event of fire, the heat and smoke generated exits by gravity through moving the doors and windows, thus ensuring that the escape routes are smoke-free.
