We have expanded our building automation portfolio in line with market demands by introducing an environmental monitoring system.
This service is primarily recommended for our pharmaceutical industry partners, where cleanroom requirements necessitate the implementation of an environmental monitoring system.

The monitoring system is designed to supervise the environmental parameters of cleanroom areas within newly constructed production facilities—such as temperature, relative humidity, and pressure—and to manage any alarms associated with these parameters.

  • Types of Systems Used
  • Using the process control system:

    • we are able to document variable process values with an appropriate level of data integrity, while continuously monitoring environmental changes;
    • we provide adequate visualization and alarm management interfaces for operators and end users.

    • For parameter measurement, we typically deploy high-accuracy, calibrated instruments, selected according to customer requirements and compliant with applicable GMP regulations.
    • Signal processing units are PLC-based in all cases.
    • For monitoring purposes, we utilize the SIEMENS S7-1500 product family.
    • These devices perform limit value monitoring and manage local alarm functions via multiple audible and visual signaling modules installed within the monitored areas, as well as through HMI panels. This ensures continuous awareness of the system’s current status for operating personnel.
    • Measured values and alarms are analyzed by a data acquisition computer and are stored redundantly in the system databases and servers. Visualization is provided by a dedicated SCADA application, which enables the display, management, and trending of measured and calculated values as well as alarms.

    • For these applications, we typically use the SIEMENS S7-1500 product family.
