The task was:

to modernize the building automation system of the Japanese-owned factory and to review the existing ventilation, cooling and heating systems. We had to accomplish all this with the least possible disruption of the production processes in the hall, while guaranteeing the continuous operation of the systems during the renovation. This required particularly thorough preparation in both the design and the implementation phase.

Implementation:

The systems are powered by new SIEMENS PXC series DDCs, which we connected to ISLAND bus communication. Although the plant does not have a building monitoring computer, users can monitor the process, intervene or make parameter adjustments from any distribution board via the PXC20-E handheld terminal. Thanks to the exceptional and coordinated organization, the system is currently running smoothly.
