Implementation:
The hospital has recently inaugurated various medical and operating rooms, most of which belong to Orthopedics and General Surgery. In these areas there is a high risk of infection by microorganisms, also known as aerogenic germination. Therefore, the role of air conditioning is very important. In such rooms, germ number is influenced by proper ventilation filters that filter out most of the suspended matter in the air. The automation system installed by us constantly monitors the clogging and contamination of these filters. We also tried to reduce the concentration of germs in the rooms by increasing the supply air and by controlled flow. These tasks were solved through the frequency converter control of the exhaust and supply fans. In addition to controlling the pressure and humidity, building automation also performs the "usual" tasks of providing comfortable thermal conditions in the rooms. Energy-efficiency was one of the considerations when building the system. Therefore, the machines can be operated in a so-called ECO mode, which can be activated by the workers in the rooms. The pressure, humidity and temperature conditions mentioned above will remain within the stated values.
