New plant and storage hall for Univer, Kecskemét

Name of project:

Design, construction and maintenance of the Univer's new factory and warehouse building automation system.

Our assignment:

We were commissioned for the design, construction and maintenance of the power transfer and automation system for the building automation system of Univer's new 9,000-square feet plant and warehouse, to be inaugurated in April. Our solutions were adapted to the Siemens Synco system. When Univer's new plant will be inaugurated in the framework of a HUF $3 billion investment, modern and economical production will be achieved and the new production line will enable a more economical and efficient production of preservative-free products. With an area of 9,000 square meters and a state-of-the-art bottle filling and packaging line, the new plant can handle two to three times its previous production capacity.

Implementation:

We implemented comprehensive building automation solutions at the following locations in the new plant:

Boiler room
Control of heat recovery from compressors
Ventilation systems of the plant and office areas (7 pcs)

These systems are monitored with computers as well. We were also commissioned to maintain the systems we designed and implemented.
