Kispatak Tagóvoda Kindergarten, modernization of the heating system, Nagykovácsi

Our company took part in the modernization of the heating system of Kispatak Tagóvoda Kindergarten in Nagykovácsi.

The local government funding the kindergarten requested the reconstruction of the heating system, since the outdated open-burning boilers had started malfunctioning and were costly to operate. In addition, the outdated system had become a liability with regard to the security of the energy supply as well.

Our assignment:

Our task was to fully automate the redesigned heating system (new condensing boiler, new heating pipes, flat radiators and separate temperature control for each room) to eliminate the anomalies related to excessive or insufficient heating as well as to track operating costs.

Implementation:

The entire automation was carried out with the Siemens Synco Living system. We installed SSA955 actuators on the radiator valves; the heating pump was operated with an RRV934 module in the boiler room; and we provided a setpoint for the boiler using a 0-10V signal. In addition to the temperature values, the QAX913 central unit transmits the building’s gas consumption data to the online monitoring station. The OZW772 web module can be accessed via the Siemens SYNCO-IC server from anywhere. In the event of an error, it sends email alerts and forwards pre-defined stored data.
