Our assignment:
We needed to replace the distribution boards in the 4 pumps of the 2 parallel lift station shafts while ensuring 50% operation, in the shortest possible time, and then re-commission the system.
Implementation:
Thanks to careful preparation, we were able to take into account the changing weather and completely eliminate the uncertainty factors affecting our work, avoiding downtime.
