Implementation:
The most interesting feature of our building automation system is the SIEMENS DESIGO CC building monitoring visualization system, which includes four other systems necessary for the operation of the building. This integrated solution allows the operator to simultaneously receive information on the current status of • the fire alarm system; • the access control system; • the CO system; • the CCTV system; • and the building automation system. The building engineering systems are powered by the SIEMENS PXC Modular DDC equipment range. Each building automation cabinet is equipped with a touch panel (PXM-30) that provides the user with on-site information about the status of the system. The rooms on separate floors were equipped with compact room control units (SIEMENS DXR2), with the following functions: • temperature control (VRV) • shutter control (shading technology) • presence detection • (optional) lighting control. These functions can be operated with the QMX3.P37 type KNX room controller installed in the rooms.
