We carried out the building automation works of the new production hall of FémAlk Zrt. in Dunavarsány, which was inaugurated on 15 June 2014.
FémAlk Zrt. is one of the largest privately-owned Hungarian aluminum foundries. Its main activity is the production of die-cast aluminum castings, mainly for the automotive industry, the surface treatment and machining of these products, as well as various assembly operations.
Our assignment:
Automation of the ventilation and technological cooling of the hall and installation of the building monitoring system. We designed, prepared, programmed and commissioned the automatics.

Implementation:
he system matches those applied in the factory, meaning that it uses Siemens PLCs.
We made 16 fields (Rittal) for 11 distributors, with 675 relays.
